Talk proposal: IcedWeb - the future of past applications

Title: IcedWeb - the future of past applications

IcedTea-Web is open Implementation of  javaws.  It was never fully compatible with specification,
but we did our best, and keep trying to satisfy reported unimplemented parts.  Recently ITW crossed
several borders - support for Windows and support for OpenjdDK 11. With death of plugin also
portable builds whic are known to run on Mac. With plugin deprecated long ago and javaws abandoned
in Oracle JDK11, IcedTea-Web may be the only chance for many legacy applications.

Lets summary current state
