[FOSDEM] Free Java devroom: Call for Participation deadline December 1, 2024 (Last call)

Thank you for all your participation submissions thus far! A final reminder
that the deadline for submitting a Call for Participation for the Free Java
devroom is this Sunday December 1!


If you plan to submit a CfP and do not think you'll be able to submit by
the deadline, please reach out to freejava-devroom-manager at fosdem.org ASAP.

Please submit your proposals on Pretalx, FOSDEM's submissions tool, at
https://pretalx.fosdem.org/fosdem-2025/cfp

   Submissions will require a small abstract and a short speaker description
   -

   Suggested duration for a timeslot is 25 minutes (20 min presentation, 5
   mins for questions)
   -

   Talks are in-person only, no remote presentations


Important Dates

The Free Java devroom will be held on February 1st (Saturday, full day)
from 10:30 until 19:00 CET.

   Call for participation(CfP) opens on October 30, 2024

   Submission for CfP closes on December 1, 2024
   -

   Selected CfPs to be published on December 15, 2024
