Hi,

This is a short list of howto for the speakers, so to make things smooth
in chaotic place called FOSDEM, please follow them.

1) When you arrive to the campus, grab a booklet or mobile app
(https://fosdem.org/2015/schedule/mobile). This will make it easier for
you to find the room and also to check other cool content.

2) Wifi and network are most of the time usable, but due huge traffic of
geeks, be prepared for some hiccups. If you are planning to use the
network for your talk, consider backup in case it goes down.

Each devroom has access to wifi; if you need ethernet for some case,
ther are couple of places for plug in.

3) Devroom will be equiped with VGA video projector and, as mentioned
above, wireless internet. It is expected from the speaker to bring own
laptop or presentation device and VGA adapter (if needed). Please test
your setup before as these things tends to break when you are on the
stage :D

4) All talks will be recorded. Some speakers expressed concern due
publicity of their talks and contractual obligations with their
employer. If you are feeling the same or have a good reason why the talk
should not be recorded, please let me know.

However, we would like to have them recorded for FOSDEM archive :)

5) As usual, be at least 15 minutes earlier before your scheduled
talk. If you are not planning to lurk around, please stay and give
support for fellow speakers - it isn't nice to have presentation in
empty room.

6) Food and drinks - there should be couple of places in the campus to
buy snacks, sandwiches (and anything else marked as fast food), water
and bear. If you would like something different, the campus is
surrounded by various restaurants.

Hm.. I think I haven't forget anything else. Feel free to drop me a mail
in case you have more questions.

Best regards,
Sanel
