GSoC payment received

Dear all,

I confirm that the Microkernel Devroom confederation has just received 
the GSoC organization payment of 4200 USD (i.e. 500 USD for each of our 
students, 2200 USD for the Mentor Summit [although we don't send any 
delegate] and 500 USD as a student travel stipend to a conference).

I suggest that we split up the entire amount into three equal shares 
(1400 USD) and let the representatives of the three projects (Redox, GNU 
Hurd, MINIX 3) decide individually what to do with the share. If you 
have other suggestions what to do with the entire amount and/or if you 
have decided what to do with your share, let us discuss it here.

[I acknowledge that there have already been some suggestions. But to 
avoid the problem of silent assumptions, let us start from scratch.]
