FOSDEM 2025 Devroom

Hi all,

keeping up with the community tradition to rotate the organization of the
devroom among the various microkernel and component-based OS groups, I have
gone ahead and submitted a proposal to FOSDEM for the 2025 devroom.

This means, the next devroom (if approved) will be organized by folks from
BlueRock Security (formerly BedRock) and will be co-chaired by myself and
Alexander van der Grinten.

We encourage all teams who are actively developing open-source projects in
our community to consider submitting a talk about your latest and greatest
ideas or project updates and to discuss them with other developers.

Around end of October we will send out the official call for participation.
