How about a beerbar in a tent or (partial) outside on the grand place/ grote markt? Maybe just inform at the tourist information center? Possibly they see the potential revenue for the city if they organise the fosdem beer event on the grand place? Yes, having such a big node on the network causes congestion problems. I suggest a decentralized solution whereby we spread the load across multiple locations.
