Really? This is pure assertion on your part. I understand you are well meaning but I believe you should think this through. At best its an unread and unenforceable paragraph of what is ultimately political waffle at the end of a booklet. At worse it's the potential to end up as any number of pointless arguments about what should or should not be allowed and a direct attack on what people can say. There are plenty of existing examples of this which can be discovered with Google and a few minutes. The strength of FOSDEM over the last 15 or so years has been its relative openness and lack of this sort of politics.
Will the FOSDEM 2016 edition have a CoC?
