Same location as previous years, it's right behind the H building: http://www.ulb.ac.be/docs/campus/sol_H.html You can access it through Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, drive by the H building then take on your right (no other option actually), drive up and the parking is there. FOSDEM takes place in the buildings H (with the main InfoDesk), AW and U (Chavanne (main tracks) + LPI and BSDA exam rooms). And J of course, where the Janson is located (largest conference room for main tracks).
Any special procedure (gate + gatekeeper + registration)?
None.
