Keysigning: please submit your keys
The keysigning infrastructure seems to have held up well this year. I spent some time today preparing the infrastructure for FOSDEM 2014. Same procedure as last year: if you intend to participate in the keysigning event, please submit the keys you'd like to have signed to ksp.fosdem.org. If you're using GnuPG, that can be easily accomplished with: % gpg --keyserver ksp.fosdem.org --send-key <your-keyid> Please check that your key was correctly submitted by pointing a webbrowser at http://ksp.fosdem.org/. If your key is missing after you submitted it, send me an email and I'll try to find out what's up. Key submissions close Monday before FOSDEM to give me some time to try to remember how I generated the lists again. Get submitting.

If you're the owner of a machine at Uni Hamburg trying to send a couple of keys per second: please stop doing that. If you need to submit that many keys (why?), I'd be happy to offer you a more efficient channel. Thanks. Philip -- Philip Paeps Senior Reality Engineer Ministry of Information

(This is now resolved - thank you!) Sorry for the noise. The keyserver is a lot less stable this year than previous years. I have put some hacks in place to make it more stable, and I will attack it with a larger hammer this weekend. To help me debug, could whoever is trying to submit their key from various addresses that resolve to *.pppoe.wtnet.de please shoot me an email? Thanks. Does anyone have an idea when and where the keysigning will be scheduled? Is there a plan to have a "general introduction" (to read off checksums, review instructions)? Please advise, --Tom
Reminder: you still have some time to submit keys. See: https://fosdem.org/2014/keysigning/. Philip -- Philip Paeps Senior Reality Engineer Ministry of Information
