Volunteer voucher not received
by Andreea-Ina Radu 15 Feb '22

15 Feb '22

Hi, I haven't received the voucher for volunteers yet (pinged agk on matrix too) and as it's the last day I can order, I asked one of your other staff members for advice. I wanted to get a hoodie too, so they advised I go ahead and order the hoodie and let you know the order number, hopefully you could include the t-shirt in it as well. My order number is S05937. I did register for my volunteer tasks on the website as normal (the account is registered to this email, so you can check). And I did check spam/junk for the voucher email. Not sure what went wrong. Hope I can get a t-shirt too. But either way, see you at FOSDEM 2023! :-) Thank you, Andreea

Hi there. I just received my order from the treasure today. But it's the wrong item. I ordered, and payed for, a hoodie, but I received a t-shirt. The sales order number is S03935. Attached is a picture of what I received in the package. How can I exchange it for the correct item? -- Kind regards *Dan Johansen* Project lead of the *Manjaro ARM* project Manjaro-ARM <https://manjaro.org>

missing t-shirt / can't track the parcel
by Miguel Duarte de Mora Barroso 09 Feb '22

09 Feb '22

Hey, I'm waiting for the t-shirt to be delivered and when using the tracking link I can't see where it is: from what I understand, its state is simply "Shipment received by PostNL" - its expected delivery date was 7-9 February, which is today. My tracking ID is 3SLQKK6253319 <https://postnl.nl/tracktrace/?B=3SLQKK6253319&P=28008&D=ES&T=C&L=NL> - I received this email 7 days ago, and its details were never updated. I have no clue how to inquire about its state, nor how to complain. Can you do anything about this matter ? Thanks in advance, Miguel
