Hi Team, The invoice for the order is showing me the wrong size (XS). I had added an XXL Non-fitted T-shirt. Can you please check the same on your side? The sales order is S04177 and delivery order is WH/OUT/01675. Thanks in advance for the help. On Tue, Feb 9, 2021 at 7:36 PM FOSDEM Treasure Team <treasure@fosdem.org> wrote:
Summary ------- We are delighted to offer you a complimentary FOSDEM 2021 T-shirt to thank you for your efforts this year. Please follow the instructions to order this NO LATER THAN next SUNDAY, 14th February.
- ALL vouchers issued previously have expired and are no longer valid.
- Please disregard this email if it is a duplicate and you have already placed your order. (Note that confirmation emails are not sent.)
- You MUST use https://contributors.treasure.fosdem.org/ Vouchers will not work on the other two shop fronts.
Details ------- We have tried to send this message to the right group of people and to avoid sending anybody more than one copy, but if you are not in fact contributing to this year's event or already received a voucher code, we are trusting you to disregard this message and not to use any extra voucher codes you receive.
For simplicity this year, all T-shirts are the same colour - light grey - and the same design.
Note carefully that sizes are European sizes - a chart is provided.
Shipping -------- Contributor T-shirts will all be shipped from Belgium.
Although, we will do our best to send you a T-shirt, please understand that we can't ship to some countries and we cannot guarantee that it will arrive. We will get in touch to see if other arrangements are possible if we cannot ship to your country.
In some countries you might need to pay import duty and this could even depend upon whether you provide a residential or a company address or how many other packages you have received in a particular period of time. We cannot offer any advice on this.
It will be your responsibility to pay any customs or other taxes or charges imposed and we will not reimburse them.
Voucher Code ------------ A separate personal voucher code is required for each T-shirt ordered.
Your code is: 12902193912787495634
You will need to apply this code to the basket to reduce its cost to zero to complete the order. There are no payment methods available in the contributor shop. If you also want to buy a hoodie you'll need to order that separately from either the EU or the Rest of World shop front. Unfortunately, it is too complicated for us to combine complimentary and purchased items into the same shipment.
The URL of the shop is: https://contributors.treasure.fosdem.org/
If you use the code and then abandon your session without completing your order, the code cannot be resused and you'll need to get in touch with us to recover the abandoned basket if your browser loses track of it.
Technology ---------- FOSDEM is extremely grateful to OpusVL for constructing this shop on our behalf using Odoo Open Source Community Software.
