Sorry, I should have made that clearer. T-shirt vouchers are issued to speakers when the talk concerned is scheduled, but that email message went out more widely because some rooms, including Legal and Policy Issues, are very late determining their schedules. Similarly the information about matrix invitations and video upload doesn't apply until your talk appears on our website: https://fosdem.org/2021/schedule/track/legal_and_policy_issues/ Alasdair
