[FOSDEM Treasure] confusion about t-shirts in web shop and shipping

Hello, There were questions in the general audience matrix channel about confusing wording on the t-shirts website. Asking for a shipping address when there is no shipping is the main example. This risks biting us with refunds or even costlier chargebacks. No idea how to reach the right people to fix this, so throwing it out here. Kind regards, Mark
