I have one small issue: I started, and then abandoned my purchase last night - just to see how it worked. I have tried to use the offer code - 15865361773722178389 - this morning and the checkout process tells me the code has expired or has been used. I can confirm I've not used the code yet. Is it possible to get another code? Also - I am trying to purchase 3 t-shirts, one for myself, and the 2 assistant devroom managers. It's unclear from the email if requesting 3 t-shirts is allowed, I'm happy to contribute some money for these other 2 t-shirts. Please let me know what you'd like me to do. Summary ------- We are delighted to offer you a complimentary FOSDEM 2021 T-shirt to thank you for your efforts this year. Please follow the instructions to order this as quickly as possible so you do not miss out. We will, of course, do our best to get this to you before the event, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive it in time (or at all).

Details ------- As is customary, we have designed a T-shirt for FOSDEM!

In the next few days (estimated Tuesday morning CET, 19th January) we intend to order our first batch of T-shirts solely for contributors to this year's event.

Please do not talk about this or draw attention to it yet. Work is continuing on a facility to sell T-shirts to attendees, but, as time is short, we thought we should open up our shop website to contributors as soon as we could. Consequently, if you look carefully, you might notice a few things in the shop that are not quite finished but these should not have an impact on ordering a complimentary T-shirt.

We have tried to send this message to the right group of people and to avoid sending anybody more than one copy, but if you are not in fact contributing to this year's event or already received a voucher code, we are trusting you to disregard this message and not to use any extra voucher codes you receive.

T-Shirts -------- For simplicity this year, all T-shirts are the same colour - light grey - and the same design.

Note carefully that sizes are European sizes - a chart is provided.

Shipping -------- T-shirts destined for the E.U. will be shipped from within the E.U.

T-shirts destined for other countries might be shipped from elsewhere. This decision will depend on the numbers involved and the logistics and may vary by country, so if you are outside the E.U., it is particularly important that you respond quickly so yours will be included in this first batch we order. If you miss the first batch and are outside the E.U., we might not then be able to send you a complimentary one. (N.B. 'Outside the E.U.' now includes the U.K.)

Note that in some countries you might need to pay import duty and this could even depend upon whether you provide a residential or a company address or how many other packages you have received in a particular period of time. We cannot offer any advice on this.

If more than one of you receiving this message is in the same location, it would reduce our shipping costs if you place a single order for multiple T-shirts. But if you do this and live outside the E.U., take care not to exceed any threshold in your country above which import taxes or charges apply. It will be your responsibility to pay any customs or other taxes or charges imposed and we will not reimburse them.

Voucher Code ------------ A separate personal voucher code is required for each T-shirt ordered.
