[distro-devroom] [Distros] Last-minute substitution; Pretalx 500 error

Hello FOSDEM DevRoom organizers,

Could someone help the Distro DevRoom make a last-minute substitution? Our
13:00 speaker called out sick and we had a replacement speaker volunteer.
The volunteer did not previously have a Pretix session submitted. I tried
to create a new talk in the now-empty slot for the Distro DevRoom, but I
got a 500 error.

Any help in debugging Pretalx at the last-minute would be super appreciated!
