Hello Bhagyashri,

This thing has been discussed internally and we took the decision not to
publish papers or presentations that have not been presented during the
conference. This rule is and will be applied to every talk that didn't
happen.

The NO SHOW pdf will be removed from the website one of these days as it
does not reflect the content of the not-happened-talk.
