Signing can be done on one single document,
except that the assurer should spend more careful checking on the 
validity of the document.

It's also advisable to give less points if only one document is seen.

Things that are acceptable are:
- passport
- id-card
- bus/train/...-card with name + photo
- student card from well known institution with photo
- ...
