Yes - it usually happens on Sunday. The schedule is still in a state of flux
however, so...

The first "C" stands for "Chaos", remember? For what it's worth: I and a
number of other PGPists will be at 25C3 and would probably be happy to
exchange keysigning formalities if we can be found in a sufficiently normal
state of mind to do so. Feel free to give me a call during 25C3 if you want
to meet somewhere (finger philip at paeps.cx or philip at freebsd.org for contact
details, or first hit for "call philip" on Google).
