... except if the bar also just happens to provide food. It's slightly
more complex than that :-)

Having said that, even in establishments where it's not allowed to smoke
inside, you're allowed to smoke outside, in front of the door or some
such. This happened to a considerable extent on last year's beer event,
too, and I don't see why you couldn't do so again this year.

(insert random crap about how smoking is not good for you and that you
should stop smoking here, but you know that already ;-)
