As announced on the website a couple of days ago:
Another novelty for the FOSDEM 2009 edition: A free attended cloakroom 
(coatroom , coat checks, vestiaire)

Tired of carrying your coat, bags or umbrella around? Store them 
securely at our free staffed cloakroom and pick them up when you need 
them again. Simply follow the signalization.
