[FOSDEM] LPI exams at FOSDEM 2009

As announced on our website, LPI will again have certification exam
sessions at FOSDEM.

Pre-registration is required to have an "LPI ID" in order to take an
exam at FOSDEM 2009. We would also recommend to pre-register for the
exam itself, as there is limited seating (50) per session. There are 5
sessions during the week-end, 2 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday.

Exams taken at FOSDEM 2009 will have the usual price reduction of around
50%, and for each exam taken, LPI donates 10 EUR to FOSDEM.
