[FOSDEM] Room for Sugar meeting on Friday

Dear FOSDEM organizers,

me and a few other members of Sugar Labs would like to meet somewhere
on Friday 6th for a day long pre-conference meeting just before we get
drunk at the beer party.  No more than 10 people are expected, but
it's an open event.

Would a room at the ULB be available for this  purpose?  If not, is
there a place in Brussels you would recommend?
