You're asking whether it is OK to distribute flyers about the ASLH at
FOSDEM 2009 ?
If that's the question, then the answer is no.

We don't permit the distribution of flyers, for several reasons:
- - there has been abuse by businesses who sent people to distribute
flyers at the conference (we even had to ask security to throw them
out), and all staff members are really busy during the whole event, so
we don't have the time to sort out what's OK and what's not;
- - it is simply not feasible for practical reasons either: there is just
way too much crowd going through the hallways, so having people stuck in
the middle distributing flyers won't work and will congest even more

What you can do is print out those flyers and ask stands whether they're
OK with having your flyers there, for people to pick up when passing by.
But please don't send people to distribute flyers in the hallways, we
won't allow that (for the reasons above).
