[FOSDEM] bus 71 deviated

Hi there,

For everyone considering to come to Fosdem by bus, take care that bus
71 is deviated around the Central Station, and you have to walk to
another bus stop just around the corner, you need to catch the bus 71
in the direction of 'delta' for fosdem.
