[FOSDEM] Borrow CD drive?

I saw that it runs on windows, but can it make a bootable windows disk?
Could you point me to directions for doing that, I tried it yesterday, 
and it didn't seem to work.
I think that the problem may have been to do with having an OEM version 
of XP.
