[Fosdem] Is there a Keysigning-Party planned?

I honestly don't know.  It will depend mainly on the length of the keylist.
The amount of time spent in the cold is also directly proportional to the
preparedness and discipline of the participants, which itself is partly a
function of the algorithm used.

I will have a think about where to optimize.  Suggestions (if any) in unicast
please, let's keep fosdem@ low-traffic.  I know there are at least as many
opinions on this as participants.
