[FOSDEM] At Fosdem

Good news (for me, at any rate) is that I shall be able to participate in this year's fosdem. I plan on helping the OOo and ODF efforts there, and will also be happy to help with developer outreach, information ion OOo and ODF, and if wanted, present on OOo and ODF. I am the OOo representative on two Oasis TCs, the Adoption and OIC, the latter which aims to normalize handling of documents by ODF implementations.
