[FOSDEM] Giant inflatable tux penguin

We all know that the BSD hell is very warm for their inflatables, but
I'm sure our penguin can cope with the Belgian cold weather
conditions. It's washable, yet if it's raining it will not be ideal
for the internal inflation engine/electric power.
Electrocuting people isn't probably the best way for luring new souls
to Linux :-D
As it's 3m high, it's more than 2m wide, so the narrow hallways inside
the FOSDEM area are probably better left for non-inflatable puny
