[FOSDEM] Mention social seating order - or simply defrag! :o)

Hello,

since fosdem is getting more and more visitors, the Rooms are getting 
crowded. So far so good.
But why do people still use the first seat in the row and not move in 
for the other people who might come next? That cant be that hard?!

Could this problem be mentioned in one sentence in the first 
Keynote/Opening? Just move into the middle of the rows and it makes 
everybody's life a little easier ;)
