[FOSDEM] Mention social seating order - or simply defrag! :o)

That also apply to the end and the side of the rooms where there is often
still room for more people where talks have more people than expected

Maybe you can be a little more loud and ask people to move?. And by you, i
mean the guy close to where the extra free space is. The ones at the door
barely can ask anybody else to budge.

So maybe a friendly reminder to people giving the talks to stop the talk
for 3 minutes at the beginning and  encourage people to move as well?
