Really? This is pure assertion on your part. I understand you are
well meaning but I believe you should think this through.
At best its an unread and unenforceable paragraph of what is
ultimately political waffle at the end of a booklet.
At worse it's the potential to end up as any number of pointless
arguments about what should or should not be allowed and a direct
attack on what people can say. There are plenty of existing examples
of this which can be discovered with Google and a few minutes.
The strength of FOSDEM over the last 15 or so years has been its
relative openness and lack of this sort of politics.
