Perhaps I'm a cynic. Mediation does not work with people causing
trouble on purpose. Excluding attendees does not work at FOSDEM (I've
explained that). Public statements of support for policy do not
dissuade troublemakers. If anything, they encourage them IME.

If we could exclude, that'd be fine. We can't. FOSDEM is open and
unless you propose to bring (I'd estimate at least 20-30) security
guards to check IDs at the various access points, there is no point
asking for this.
