The Fosdem <https://fosdem.org> is a free event for software hackers to
meet, share ideas and collaborate. Every year 8000+ open source
developers from all the world gather at the event in Brussels, Belgium.
During the Fosdem, developer rooms (devrooms) are assigned to self
organized open source groups and projects to meet together and showcase
their projects.
The next Fosdem will take place on 2–3 February, 2019, in Brussels,
Belgium. This is YOUR opportunity to submit a talk to the BSD devroom!
*Topic **of the talk*
**The topic of the talks can include any BSD operating systems or
derivative work and can include but are not limited to :
*
internal hacker discussion
*
real-world examples
*
presentations about new and shiny features
*
community discussion or presentations
*Talk duration*
There is no fixed duration, but the talk duration should be between 20
and 45 Mn approximately, including discussion
*Submit a talk*
To submit a talk, go to https://penta.fosdem.org/submission/FOSDEM19

**one*. If you forgot your password, reset it. If not, follow the
instructions to create an account. /
Create an "event" and click on "Show all" in the top right corner to
display the full form.
Your submission must include the following information
*
The title and subtitle of your talk (please be descriptive, as
titles will be listed with hundreds from other projects)
*
A short abstract of one paragraph
*
A longer description if you wish to do so
*
Links to related websites/blogs etc.
*The deadline for submissions is the 10 December 2018.*
