[FOSDEM] Leaving a talk

Agreed. It is very difficult to stop people leaving before the questions
are finished.

One of the most annoying is the banging noise of the retracting tables
and chairs when people get up from the chair.

Because of this fact, it's important for the devrooms to remind people
(before each talk starts) to retract the table and the chair **quietly**
when they leave.

If *everyone* who leaves made no noise with the table and chair it would
cut the noise dramatically.

I hope we can make it so in our devroom tomorrow.
