[FOSDEM] CFP: Containers devroom at FOSDEM22

Hello,

As usual we'll be running the containers devroom at FOSDEM.
This edition will be online-only and run on the weekend of the 5 & 6th
of February 2022 (with the devroom on the 6th).
The submission deadline is the 24th of December 2021.
