Please don't change what was already written

Nobody asked to remove the CoC.

Can you please comment on why Olav's reply didn't appear immediately to
other participants on the list and how that led another Debian
Developer, Geert, to accuse me of forwarding a private message onto the
list?

We saw this in a previous year when messages about Google were not
appearing on the FOSDEM list:
