Action needed: Slides for your talk at the Microkernel devroom 2024 (deadline: Friday February 2nd)

Dear speakers,

I hope that by now, you have already done all your travel and other 
arrangements and nothing prevents you from having your talk at the 
Microkernel and Component-based OS devroom at FOSDEM 2024. In case there 
is a significant change on your side, please let me know about it ASAP.

Like already announced previously [1], I would like to collect all the 
slide decks for all the talks in the devroom beforehand in order to 
minimize the overhead of setting up each talk. The devroom is completely 
packed from start to finish and there are no breaks between the talks.

To reiterate: Please send me the slides of your talk no later than

     on Friday February 2nd (End of Day, local Brussels time).

Please export your slides to PDF to minimize compatibility issues. If 
your presentation requires some additional files (e.g. videos), please 
send them as well. If the file size poses a problem for sending a file 
as an email attachment, feel free to use any file transfer service of 
your preference.


If you can send your slides sooner than on February 2nd, please do so! 
This will only make the life less stressful both for you and for me.

If you absolutely cannot have your talk without presenting from your own 
laptop, please let me know about that immediately. (And also understand 
that your laptop setup and de-setup time will cut into your own talk time.)

forward to your slides and eventually to seeing you at FOSDEM!
