nothing of this is a requirement. big room + good light. and after you are done you can go back to the bar within a minute. :)
As mentioned earlier, stay on sunday afternoon with future KSPs and have a sufficiently large corridor for approx. 2 hours available, thats it!
the orga wants to keep people *out* of the corridors so they can actually be used for people to pass through. (didnt Philip Paeps just say that in an interview?!) and sometimes you just gotta try something new. sorry, dear traditionalists. :-P Sven
