Thanks for your advice and comments, The posters are just a4. I will talk to the people who are coming. We don't need someone dress up in a yellow jumpsuit to bother everyone going in or out. it is fine to hang some up on the pinboard or where flyers are generally put. But the idea of contacting the people who run the tables is a good one. maybe some of them would like to also setup tables at our conference. thanks, mike
