Like last year and the years before, we will be outside. Sunday at 14:00. Expect the weather to be bad. Not "snow to your groin" bad, but "cold and generally miserable" bad. Dress accordingly and come prepared. The faster we get through the keysigning, the faster we can get back inside.
What is the Plan B for the keysigning party in case of rainy weather? There's got to be Plan B. And because of the nice weather I'd very much like to see Plan B to put into action.
People bring umbrellas and raincoats. That's what "dress appropriately" means.
... there's limits.
Indeed. They are there to be explored and broken. Mount Everest because it's there. Where is your sense of adventure?
I think my sense of adventure kicked in when I read Ulrich's offer - a CA certification event AND a fosdem keysigning party both indoors. Woohoo! Be there or be square!
So, for me and all the others who want to attend a real comfy keysigning party, it's gonna be in room Ferrer. It's the only viable option.
Excuse me, I though I was organizing this? Any other rooms you'd like to hijack while you're at it? Why not just squat a random building? Maybe one that's already occupied and evict the occupants? Ferrer is occupied at the time. That's where the CAcert people are. We are not going to barge in and disturb their event. That's not how it works. We will be outside like every year. Snow or not. Cold or not. Blizard or not. Latest weather reports are -4 degrees, by the way. That's not even cold. - Philip -- Philip Paeps Senior Reality Engineer Ministry of Information
