I notice that this one doesn't show any VAT yet. The intention was that the figures were inclusive of VAT (as they have to be). Invoices ought to show that - particularly any that accompany goods across a border. Was the sales tax module enabled or will something need to be retrofitted? Just to update you, our suppliers have informed us that they are sending all the items from Belgium for the UK in a single package to a UK business so that only one customs declaration needs to be done and then the individual orders like yours will be dispatched from within the UK. The last update we got was last weekend which said everything had already been printed and they were in the process of shipping (from Belgium). We asked for the tracking codes but they still haven't sent us any, which I assume means that in reality they haven't all been shipped out of Belgium yet. I have no insight into which ones they decided to ship first but we know the customs declarations are time-consuming and we are paying extra for them. Nobody has reported receiving their order yet but there will be much rejoicing when the first person does - I keep hoping every day! Alasdair
