Last weeks before the end of the CFP

Hi Clément,

I just submitted my talk. It was waiting for feedback from other Tiki
people (and also waiting for the last moment, sorry).
So far, only Jonny and myself confirmed their presence at Fosdem and Jonny
declined to submit a talk, so we are not waiting for any other talk from
Tiki.
