[FOSDEM] CFP deadline extended to Dec 10th for the Testing and Automation devroom

After receiving a few requests to extend the timeline, I'm moving our deadline
out a few more days to Dec 10th.

I'd personally love to hear more about tools like Packer, or how open source
projects are automating their own test and release processes. If you know
somebody who is involved in those efforts, please point them our way!
