This customer has entered a valid Dutch VAT number, and the system has treated it as a reverse charged VAT transaction (0% VAT).
This is not correct, as delivery of the goods will happen on-site in Belgium. All sales should have 21% Belgian VAT applied.
Could you check this is configured correctly?
