We will close the shop on your confirmation. I understand that it will either be on Friday or before if stock levels are depleted.
I think we can hold it open over the weekend then close it when you get in on Monday morning. Then we can work with you to get the right stock levels showing in the POS part, based on our total stock minus the pre-order minus an allowance to cover errors. - We have 3 POS at one stock location (K) and 2 POS at the other (H). Can we set that up so that POS sales at K use the K stock, and POS sales at H use the H stock? Then if we move stock from K to H, we do a stock transfer in the system? Alasdair
Hi Jessica, I just noticed an issue with order S00160. This customer has entered a valid Dutch VAT number, and the system has treated it as a reverse charged VAT transaction (0% VAT). This is not correct, as delivery of the goods will happen on-site in Belgium. All sales should have 21% Belgian VAT applied. Could you check this is configured correctly? Thanks! Gerry
Hi Gerry, Thank you for your email. I have been out of the office for a couple of days, so have just caught up with this. Myself and the team are looking into this issue and I will update you in due course. Kind regards Jessica On 27/01/2023 14:28, Gerry Demaret wrote:

Hi Alasdair, As noted, there are two orders which have underpaid due to a VAT issue. Both orders are from the Netherlands. To accommodate for the remaining balances of the two identified orders, we will need to keep the webshop open for longer until they complete their payments. We will look at getting those payments secured and closing the shop tomorrow afternoon at the latest. Kind regards Jessica On 27/01/2023 14:28, Gerry Demaret wrote:

OK. Once it's closed, which URL should we use to continue to access the administrative shop functions? Another time, I wonder whether pre-populating the 'shipping address' with the address of the event might help - so people see where it will be shipped (we had a lot of queries about this being wrong), and it might be easier to get system to apply the VAT based on that location. You should still be able to use the treasure.fosdem.org address, but I will confirm this. I can understand the confusion. Thank you for the suggestion, it's something that we will look at for the future. Would you prefer if we contacted the outstanding payees, or is that something that FOSDEM is required to do?
