Compliance check by Mollie (payment provider)
by Gerry Demaret 26 Aug '22

Hello treasure@, We have received a message from our payment provider Mollie that they would like to do a compliance check of https://treasure.fosdem.org/ As the shop is currently offline, they can not proceed and will cancel the payment setup if we can't show them the shop. Is it an option to open the shop for a few days, without products, and close it again after they did their thing? What they will check, specifically, is the presence of: - Company registration number (BE 0477.085.590) - General conditions of sale - Delivery times - Return policy (incl. the 14d reflection period as specified by law) Thanks! Gerry

Re: [FOSDEM Treasure] Fwd: [Ticket#2022040710000018] inquiry about Contributor T-Shirt after FOSDEM 2022 (Volunteers)

> I hereby would like to know if I should keep expecting the Contributor > T-Shirt. The data I see says: 1 L Male T-Shirt to Ghana. They are still "in production" at our supplier. I am hopeful that they'll move to packaging/dispatch in the next week or so now. However yours is a complicated address for our suppliers' system to handle (too many lines/characters to fit into the standard fields) so I can't rule out further problems with the courier if the wrong bits get truncated.
