It's unfortunate you didn't notice this sooner (on the 17th) when you might have been able to intervene before the package was sent back to Belgium. Forwarding to treasure@ to pursue with DPD and the supplier. https://tracking.dpd.de/status/en_BE/parcel/05308816380840 > Kind regards, > Kyle Alasdair

I was wondering if I could still somehow get the t-shirt? The data I see says: 1 M Male T-Shirt for delivery to Oxford. Many of the UK ones - including my own! - have not been delivered yet, I'm afraid. We attempted a bulk business-to-business shipment from the EU to the UK (dealing with post-Brexit customs), then forwarding on individual orders within the UK (from a UK business) but unfortunately something went wrong and the quantities and sizes in the bulk shipment did not match the ones required for the UK orders and we're still in the process of obtaining the missing sizes. I can only apologise for the delays. Alasdair

> I still have no news of my order. Could you give me a time frame They are "in production" at our supplier. The data sent to them said for you: 1 L hoodie I am hopeful that they'll move to packaging/dispatch in the next week or so now. Your order narrowly missed the cut-off for the batch sent to the supplier before the event - it was the first order in the batch sent after the event. (We only did two batches.) Alasdair

inquiry about Contributor T-Shirt after FOSDEM 2022 (Volunteers)
by Christian Nzhie 07 Apr '22

07 Apr '22

Good evening dear fosdem team. I hereby would like to know if I should keep expecting the Contributor T-Shirt. In fact, after the event, as a volunteer this year, I received the email that I should benefit from one piece and I applied for it in february. Let me know if there is any new development of that. Thank you in advance. Christian Nzhie.
