I'm guessing 'rating' suggests this is something that might appear AFTER the order is complete. (And it would be something we do not want to enable anyway.) We didn't test on Android, so I'm guessing it might be something that certain browser types trigger. Alasdair

Of course! But as long as the orders are going into the system OK, the problem isn't urgent and it can wait for office hours if you prefer. You might be able to track down details of what browser string they sent from the web server log. Alasdair
