devroom talks accepted
by Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos 29 Dec '15

29 Dec '15

Hi, We have accepted 13 talks for the security devroom. Please check the pentabarf interface for your talk, and if accepted please confirm your attendance. If your talk is marked as undecided it means that it is still contesting for the last remaining slot (which unfortunately its allocation depends on the main track talks being decided). Most likely it will be decided by the 10th of January. regards, Nikos

FOSDEM videos status
by Thomas Calderon 09 Feb '15

09 Feb '15

Hi all, I wanted to know if you had a chance to get some feedback regarding the FOSDEM videos. For the initial two first talks it seems the setup was not operational. When I took the floor at 10am, we made some adjustments to try make it work but I am unsure about what worked and what didn't. Do you guys have hear about the people in charge of recording ? Cheers, Thomas.

dinner on saturday
by Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos 29 Jan '15

29 Jan '15

Hi, The doodle is now closed, and there are no more unknowns in the system. Thanks to Kaie the place is now fixed to be: http://www.laporteusedeau.be/ and time is saturday at 18.00. It's between the centre and the university (where fosdem is), so everyone should be equally suited (or equally not suited :). You can get there using Tram 94 from Fosdem ULB stop to the METRO LOUISE, and then either walk or take metro to METRO HALLEPORT. reviews: http://www.afar.com/places/la-porteuse-deau-saint-gilles http://www.tripadvisor.de/Restaurant_Review-g188644-d790123-Reviews-La_Port… How to get there from FOSDEM: https://goo.gl/maps/ZtA0W If you arrive there earlier than me, the reservation is on my name -Nikos. regards, Nikos

pre or post devroom meet up
by Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos 22 Jan '15

22 Jan '15

Hi, It would be a good idea to have an informal meetup drink, dinner or both. Our options are saturday evening or sunday. If you'd like to participate please vote in the doodle blow. http://doodle.com/hw4h3nh6zuer5zt2 There is a question mark on the where to meet. Is anyone living in Brussels who'd have a suggestion? Otherwise I'll just check for options near Grand place. regards, Nikos
