Pass code for INV/2023/00086
by Giorgio Bonfiglio 31 Jan '23

Hello Team, I'm an idiot - placed an order for two t-shirts (with the email me(a)grg.pw) got invoice INV/2023/00086, and shortly after got an email with a set of words to collect them. I don't recall whether it was a single set of words or one for t-shirt, but I think I deleted the email by mistake. Any chance you can send them again? Thanks Giorgio -- www: grg.pw email: me(a)grg.pw mobile: +44 7716 604314 / +39 393 1049073

Mollie error 500 while paying
by Bert Van de Poel 29 Jan '23

29 Jan '23

Hey FOSDEM folks, I just tried buying an XL male shirt from https://treasure.fosdem.org. While scanning the Bancontact code, I could perfectly accept payment in the KBC app, but then got redirected to an error 500 page (see screenshot). On my banking app, I saw a 25 euro reservation, which has converted to a full payment while writing this email (see payment export PDF, for some reason with a one hour off timestamp). I've however not received any confirmation email. I'm therefore not really sure if things went through correctly or not. I really want to be sure I get a shirt (as I've gotten one every year), so I wanted to reserve one to be sure. Thank you in advance for your help! Kind regards, Bert Van de Poel PS: I speak Dutch, so if you do as well, feel free to answer me in English or Dutch.

confusion about t-shirts in web shop and shipping
by Mark Van den Borre 28 Jan '23

28 Jan '23

Hello, There were questions in the general audience matrix channel about confusing wording on the t-shirts website. Asking for a shipping address when there is no shipping is the main example. This risks biting us with refunds or even costlier chargebacks. No idea how to reach the right people to fix this, so throwing it out here. Kind regards, Mark
